We are looking for a collaborative project manager.

Each client is unique and requires different services from us. This can be a pitch deck, a prototype, or an actual product development.
What’s common though – is the longevity of their relationships with us. It is a journey, not a destination.
They typically start their relationship with us through a discussion on product strategy. This is done by Inspireo’s product strategists.
This then becomes an actual project with clear deliverables.
Your job, is to direct and work with other team members and realise the deliverable within each service, within budget and within schedule.
You’ll get to work closely with start-ups and hear their successes and challenges as they grow their businesses over time.
And if you are up to it (show us!), and you’ll be able to ideate features and product strategy together with your founders/clients.

2-3 years of IT project management experience. We do a hybrid of agile and waterfall.
A true digital native – you must speak technical and design in the domains of web and mobile.
Basic technical knowledge of PHP, HTML, SCSS, JS, native mobile (iOS and Android).
Strong understanding of digital processes and tools such as CMS, UX, UAT, API, Mobile Responsiveness, Integration, Web Services, Testing.

Turn discussions into well-documented scope, diagrams, and project notes in the form of master documents.
Plan systems with product strategist and document these plans clearly.
Provide advice and answers on technology to get commitment and sign-off from clients.
Finalise work plans and schedule with your teammates, and closely manage progress.
Work with designers to draft well-thought out wireframes.
Quality assurance – work with QAs effectively to ensure polished products.
Manage communications with clients, including through email, Trello, and physical meetings.
Provide training and prepare user documentation.
Ensure project is well-funded through established payment processes.
Identify and scope next iteration together with product strategist.
Enforce existing project processes and introduce helpful changes, if necessary
